Description/Blazon
The design elements of the authorized Division shoulder sleeve insignia and motto constitute the basic design motif on all four pieces; in addition, the unit's distinctive insignia is represented on the crown of the mace.  The colors dark blue and yellow are used prominently on the baldric, drums and tabard, with the light blue as background color.  The drum and baldric designs carry the organization's unit awards and campaign streamers.

The band regalia were authorized on 18 March 1991.
